　　布袋除塵設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)組成：上箱體，包括蓋板、出氣口、換袋孔、清潔室、防門、旋轉(zhuǎn)揭蓋裝置。中箱體，包括花板、進(jìn)氣口、濾袋骨架、濾袋、過(guò)濾室。 下箱體，包括灰斗、支撐架、支座、觀察孔。排灰系統(tǒng)，包括星形卸料器、減速機(jī)、電動(dòng)機(jī)。清灰系統(tǒng)：包括機(jī)械轉(zhuǎn)臂、反吹風(fēng)管、噴口、反吹風(fēng)機(jī)、轉(zhuǎn)臂減速裝置。反吹風(fēng)轉(zhuǎn)臂由安裝在頂蓋上的擺線針輪減速機(jī)帶動(dòng)，反吹風(fēng)機(jī)安裝于落地。通過(guò)后吹風(fēng)管與轉(zhuǎn)臂相連，對(duì)大風(fēng)量濾袋分三、四圈布置。
